Bruins CARE For Others

Bruins Help Project

All Saints students are invited to donate composition books and/or black and blue pens for students at our sister parish in Haiti. The collection will take place the week of September 8 – 12. Students should bring their donation to their homerooms.

Serve the Lord with a heart full of devotion. Let your hope keep you joyful, be patient in your troubles, and pray at all times. Share your belongings with your needy fellow Christians. Romans 12:8

Bruins Share is a program designed to help students grow in Christian living through prayer, sacrifice, and service.

Each month, a service opportunity will be provided for students to help people in their own community or in our sister parish in Haiti. During each Bruins Share week, we encourage students to pray for those in need, to sacrifice by doing extra jobs around the house to earn money or to use part of their allowance, and to participate in the monthly collections. One month, the collection will be for school supplies for Haiti, and the next month, it will be for the Metro Catholic Outreach food pantry.

There will also be two family service projects this year. The first will be during Catholic Schools Week in January, and the second at the end of the year as part of our May Crowning celebration.
