Scholarship

The Our Faith STO is a charitable organization representing all of the Catholic K-12 schools in the Archdiocese of Dubuque. The STO receives voluntary cash contributions from Iowa taxpayers and allocates those funds in tuition grants to Iowa school children, who in turn, use those grants to attend one of the schools represented by the STO. Apply For Assistance 2019-2020

Both tuition assistance programs utilize FACTS Management to assist in determining the level of assistance to be awarded. FACTS has developed an application that all families need to complete to be considered for assistance. Your personal information will be held in strictest confidence at all times. If you have a child at more than one archdiocesan school or if you wish to apply for both types of assistance, you will only need to complete one application form

STO TUITION ASSISTANCE THROUGH FACTSMGT.COM

The FACTS application needs to be completed no later than April 15th, 2018.  The application is available online at online.factsmgt.com/aid in both English and Spanish.  In addition to your completed application, you must include a copy of your 2018 federal 2018 tax return.
