Application  

New families are asked to click on this link to access our application for admission. 

In addition to the application, please submit the following to the main office at All Saints School or via email to info.allsaints@crxcs.org.

Kindergarten:
- Birth certificate
- Baptismal certificate (if applicable)
- Updated immunization form
- Dental screening form
- Physical form 

Nothing additional for Grades 1-5, as that information will come over in the student’s cumulative file.

Applications will not be considered complete until all application materials have been received. 

For students applying to Grades 1-5, we ask to review the following items prior to admission: 
- Grades/Transcripts 
- Attendance 
- Discipline 
- Testing/accommodations 
- IEP 

Our office will send a request to the student’s current school for the items listed.
