The Our Faith STO is a charitable organization representing all of the Catholic K-12 schools in the Archdiocese of Dubuque. The STO receives voluntary cash contributions from Iowa taxpayers and allocates those funds in tuition grants to Iowa school children, who in turn, use those grants to attend one of the schools represented by the STO.
STO TUITION ASSISTANCE THROUGH FACTSMGT.COM
The FACTS application needs to be completed no later than April 15th, 2021. The application is available online at online.factsmgt.com/aid in both English and Spanish. In addition to your completed application, you must include a copy of your 2020 federal tax return. Tax and wage documents must be scanned or faxed by April 15, 2023. We urge you to complete the materials early to allow time for notification of any missing/incomplete materials.
To assist you in completing the application, the FACTS call center is open Monday through Thursday from 7:30am-7:00pm and Fridays from 7:30am-5:00pm at 1-866-441-4637. The FACTS online application also has a chat feature to assist parents available Monday-Friday from 8:00 am-5:00 pm.
At All Saints School, we are happy to assist you with the application process. * STO qualifying levels are based upon 300% of 2023 Federal Poverty Levels as required by Iowa law.
**Family size includes parents/guardians plus total number of dependents claimed on 2022 tax return. For families with more than seven persons, add $12,180 for each additional person.

The Our Faith STO provided more than $5.1 million in student scholarship awards to 3,129 students attending the Archdiocese of Dubuque schools for the 2022-2023 school year.
As an Iowa taxpayer, you can contribute to the STO and now receive an Iowa tax credit equal to 75% of your contribution. The amount you contribute qualifies as a charitable donation on your federal tax return as well. To date, donors to our STO have saved more than $25 million+ on their Iowa income taxes.
Additionally, C and S corporations, LLCs, estates, and trusts that file an Iowa tax return can also benefit from this tax credit program.
